What's Included:

• 1 plumbing evaluation.
• 1 A/C OR Furnace 56-point inspection with the additional tune-up 50% off.
• A plumbing inspection to check all of the plumbing in your home; both interior and exterior.
• Main water supply shut-off valve & main fuel supply shut-off valve
• The water heating equipment; includes the energy source, venting connections, temperature/pressure-relief (TPR) valves, Watts 210 valves, and seismic bracing.
• The interior water supply, including all fixtures and faucets, by running the water
• All toilets for proper operation by flushing;
• All sinks, tubs and showers for functional drainage;
• The drain, waste and vent system; and
• Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats.
• The expert will provide an electronic report of all findings during their discovery and schedule for the second inspection or additional work that needs to be completed.
• This membership does not include; snake or camera system inspections.
